Before your product goes live, please take a moment to read this checklist and make sure you’ve got everything covered:

  • Check your API call limits in order to match the expected traffic
  • Handle UTF-8 encoding in your pages required to display Musixmatch lyrics
  • Show the value of lyrics_copyright you received from track.lyrics.get whenever you display lyrics in a page
  • Implement the country restrictions you receive within every copyrighted content
  • Add the lyrics tracking script to count the lyrics visualisations when using track.lyrics.get
  • Add the “Lyrics powered by” image provided by Musixmatch and link it to the backlink_url field received from track.lyrics.get
  • Disable the “copy and paste” function of web traffic from Japan
